This article explores the need for training and development of people in companies, highlighting the application of the FOIL approach (Ontopsychological Interdisciplinary Leadership Training) in the corporate context. The lack of adequate training affects not only the development of skills, but also the organizational culture and the ability of leaders to guide their teams. FOIL, based on Ontopsychology, offers an innovative approach, promoting not only technical skills, but also personal growth. Therefore, the scope of this article is about the introduction of FOIL as a methodology that integrates self-knowledge and understanding of organizational dynamics. To this end, it presents a historical analysis of training, from the industrial era to modern methods, highlighting the need for continuous development. As its main contribution, the text details a proposal for training using the vision of FOIL and Administration in an integrated manner, based on the following stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Therefore, it is concluded that FOIL not only improves technical efficiency, but also promotes resilience, collaboration and mutual understanding within the team, providing a more positive and productive work environment.
